Pedestrian Stops

A program to enter pedestrian stops is now available. It is a separate
menu pick, and will be added to the same menu where citations are entered.

As of right now, pedestrian stops are only entered on computers in the
local area network inside the agency. (NOT on portables/tablets in the field)

First, download the latest version of VPtools. (see "Downloading Latest VP Tools")

Next, go into VPtools, click "Updates", then click "Download Pedestrian Stop"

After a minute or two, a message will tell you the program has been downloaded,
and how many menus were updated. (menus are only updated the first time you
download the Pedestrian Stop program)

When/if changes are made to any of the pedestrian stop programs, this button
will be used to update your site.
