Downloading Latest VP Tools

From the VP sign on screen, click the button in the lower left area
called "Get VPtools" (make sure VPtools isn't running on your computer)

When VPtools has been downloaded onto your computer's C drive, you'll get a
message "VP Tools Downloaded"
